It's a Wonderful Life: Celebrating and Recording Life Stories on Video is a two-session workshop that Reflection Films periodically offers to help individuals and families preserve their stories. The workshop is also a fun opportunity for family members to relive memorable experiences together.

All workshops are open to the public and take place primarily in retirement communities and adult education centers. We create a video studio on location and invite you and your storyteller to sit down together, with the camera rolling, and get those funny, wonderful stories recorded on video. Your storyteller can be anybody - a spouse, a parent, a friend, or you! Come alone if you would like to, and we will serve as your interview partner.

An initial prep session occurs several days before interview day to help you consider subjects and prepare questions for your conversation. Each family receives a digital videotape of their conversation as well as a DVD copy.
