Our Process

Reflection Films has developed a well-defined process that allows you to enter into your video project feeling confident that production will be manageable and (we hope!) even fun.

So how is this accomplished?  It really boils down to one essential thing: everybody understands what the goal is and sees the path to that goal.  First, you receive from us a Client Bill of Rights in which we outline what you can expect from us and what we need from you to ensure that production goes smoothly.

In addition, you receive a Production Checklist. The Checklist is a document that asks you to answer a series of questions related to your project so that we all are on the same page and know what we need to accomplish before the first day of filming.

And, finally, we use online collaboration tools to establish schedules and milestones and to share drafts of work. These tools ensure that video productions move forward efficiently and that we maintain momentum to complete projects on time.
