Geoff Birmingham and Rachel Jellinek, a husband and wife team, are the founders of Reflection Films. They created the company out of their desire to pay tribute to Geoff's father, who passed away in 2001. To celebrate Frank's memory, they produced a Film Biography of him, using interviews with family members and friends, photographs, and old family films.

Prior to founding Reflection Films, Geoff worked in television production as a freelance editor for several networks, including PBS, The History Channel, and The Discovery Channel. 

Rachel concentrates on marketing and business development.  In the past, she has worked in government and community relations at MIT, served as the program director of a local nonprofit organization, and was a health educator in public schools.
